Registration Requirements
1. Register on the Sherwood High School Website (link attached below)

2. New players to Sherwood athletics need a physical prior to the beginning of the season - in player registration on Sherwood High School Website (link attached below - scroll down) - all medical sheet must be received by Connie Pollack

3. All players need an active USA Lacrosse membership (see USA Lacrosse page below)

Oregon Girls Lacrosse Association
Oregon Girls Lacrosse Association is responsible for managing league/statewide policies, scheduling and organizing league activities to ensure a safe and fair environment, and promoting the spirit and sportsmanship of the game of lacrosse for youth and high school girls.
